When I try to redeem my digital resource for the first time, a message appears stating that I have already redeemed my sermon. Why is this so?

If you requested the “Gift of Any Amount” offer resource in CD/DVD format via JosephPrince.org, a digital version of the sermon series would have been added to your JosephPrince.org Library immediately. It is not necessary to redeem the offer resource.
