Information We Collect & How We Use It

Creating A Web Account

We ask you to provide your name and email address when you create a web account. A web account allows you to access Joseph Prince On Demand where you can watch the latest episodes by Joseph Prince. It also allows you to make a donation and/or request a resource conveniently with your saved details.

Making A Donation And/Or Requesting For A Resource

When you make a donation and/or request for a resource, you will be required to provide the following information: your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, contact number and any special delivery instructions. If you have a web account, this information can be saved for your convenience for future use. Otherwise, you can use the guest checkout option and provide the information each time.

We may share selected information with our agents, subcontractors (e.g. shipping company) and/or third parties (e.g. Braintree, the payment gateway that you make payments through) for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

Please note that JosephPrince.org does not collect or receive your payment card details. This information is only received by Braintree, our payment gateway. For more details on Braintree’s privacy policy, click here .

Subscribing To Our Emails

We have two types of emails you can subscribe to by providing your name and email address.

  1. Daily Grace Inspirations - a short and grace-based daily devotional written by Joseph Prince
  2. Updates - occasional updates on our newest offerings, upcoming events and any key announcements

Every email you receive provides an option in the email footer for you to unsubscribe or update your email preferences if you wish to.

Information Collected Automatically

By default, all web server log files capture Internet Provider (IP) addresses. We may use your IP address internally to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our website, and to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or cause damage.

A cookie is a small amount of information sent from a web server to your computer. We use cookies when someone logs onto our website to maintain that login, to retain login information (if requested), and for the maintenance of our online store cart service. Any activity you engage in while you are at the Joseph Prince Ministries, Inc. website may be tracked. We do not use cookies to track your Internet activity before you enter or after you leave our website.

We partner with third-party networks to manage our marketing on other sites. Using cookies and web beacons, our network partners collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other websites to provide you targeted content based on your interests. If you wish not to have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted marketing material, you may opt-out by clicking here (if you are located in the European Union, click here).

Please note this does not opt you out of being served marketing material per se. You will continue to receive generic marketing material.
